Catering Terms & Conditions
Orders & Notice
The cut-off for next-day catering orders is 2:00pm. Orders received after 2:00pm are subject to availability.
Orders for more than 30 people require a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
Larger orders, special dietary requirements and selected menu items may require additional notice.
Your order is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from our team.
If you have not received confirmation, please call us on (02) 9648 2180.
Early pickup may be available by prior arrangement.
Changes & Cancellations
Please advise us of any changes or cancellations at least one day before your catering date.
Cancellations must be received before 2:00pm on the business day prior to your catering date.
Any food or items already ordered, prepared or produced specifically for your catering order at the time of cancellation must be paid for in full.

Orders under $200 — $10
Orders $200 and above — FREE
Sydney Olympic Park & Wentworth Point
$10 per delivery
Auburn, Rydalmere, Ermington, Lidcombe, Clyde & Homebush
$15 per delivery
Other suburbs
Delivery fees are quoted based on location and order requirements.
Additional delivery charges may apply for locations requiring extended travel, loading-dock access, parking, multiple deliveries or special delivery arrangements.

New customers are required to pay their tax invoice in full before the catering date.
Existing approved account customers may be invoiced according to their agreed payment terms.
